What to expect:
Custom Heart room. - You'll get a heart of gold... because you have a heart of gold!
5 Custom colors for Azrael the housecat. - Black cats are perfectly made for haunting, but not the only option.
Custom Entrance.
This DLC does not contain any gameplay changes and is purely cosmetical.
