If you encounter a situation where you cannot accept the quest, restart the Steam launcher. You should then be able to accept the quest and complete it to obtain the character.

After reaching the second round, you will receive a new limited mission to obtain the character's special magic weapon drawings (unlock new magic weapon forging).

As for the ethereal and otherworldly Fate Maiden, her appearance in the Zhuxin Hall region has sparked numerous rumors. Some claim she is here under the mandate of the heavens to extinguish the great fire ravaging the hall; others whisper that she was cast down due to a divine conflict of faith. Still, some speculate that she carries an even grander or ineffable secret.

Whatever the truth may be, she seems to share certain objectives with the Wuxiang Heir.

• Effect: Deals damage to a single enemy based on the user's attack power and elemental attribute.

• Lucky Strike Bonus: Inflicts additional damage based on the target's lost HP, scaled with the user's elemental attribute.

Cosmic Retribution

• Effect: Deals damage to the enemy with the lowest HP, scaled with the user's attack power and elemental attribute.

Primordial Revelation

• Effect: Upon dealing damage, there is a chance to double the damage, determined by a percentage of the user's critical rate.

Justice's Mandate

• Effect: Upon a kill, deals non-elemental damage to all enemies based on a percentage of the excess damage from the killing blow.
