Welcome, Mayor [Insert Mayor's Name Here]! And congratulations on obtaining this much revered position! Sadly, after your predecessor mysteriously disappeared, it is now your job to achieve greatness in Cardopolis.

Take control of the city!

As Mayor of Cardopolis, you will be given full authority to control both the design and laws of the city. 

Reach the expected population goals!

Your investors expect a lot from you, and they are especially interested in you reaching the Population target of each sector. Be careful though! If you fail to reach it, you might join your missing predecessor!
