Homegrown: Sports Agent Empire is a competitive roguelike sports agency management sim. You run the agency, not the team: every run is a twenty-season career played in weekly decisions, and every career ends the same way, with the Retirement Package, a full interactive review of your run, before your final Power Score posts itself to a global monthly leaderboard.

SIGN: Draft classes declare every season across basketball, football, baseball and hockey. Every recruiting pitch costs cash and shows its odds up front. Badges separate the phenoms from the cautionary tales: Diamond in the Rough, Veteran Presence, Champion.

NEGOTIATE: Real cap mechanics per league: soft caps and aprons, hard caps, luxury tax, franchise tags, holdouts, team patience meters and performance clauses. Beat the market and your reputation moves. Get greedy and the GM stops returning calls.

BUILD AND RUN: Commission buys office upgrades, lifestyle tiers and recruiting reach. Your roster lives in the Ledger, your agency's account book: contracts, morale, and commercial deals on ruled entries, with an Agency Retreat to recharge every client at once, twice a year. Five agent stats shape the agent you become, and your career ends with a codename earned by how you played.

RETIRE IN REVIEW: Every completed career ends in the Retirement Package: an interactive, tabbed career review with stat tiles, earnable Career Honors, a season-by-season commission chart, a filterable timeline of every signing, scandal and title, and charts of your best (and worst) clients.

COMPETE: One global monthly leaderboard, shared across platforms. Your best run per bracket is the one that counts, so every new month is a fresh race. Finish a career and post your Retirement Package: final Power Score, best and worst clients, and the amenities your agency earned. The board page holds your trophy case: twenty career medallions, ten of them Steam achievements, with banner finishes that unlock as you earn them.
