Consent to personal data processing

• This document sets out the terms on which the user (the personal data subject) consents to the processing of their personal data when using the steamgifts.ru service.
• Consent is given in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and takes effect from the moment of conclusive actions (registering on the site, placing an order, using the site's services).
• By continuing to use the site and its services, you confirm that you have read this document and voluntarily consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms set out below.

• The personal data operator is the administration of steamgifts.ru (the “Operator”).
• Contact address for questions about personal data processing: support@steamgifts.ru.

• Email address.
• The user's display name (nickname).
• A link to the Steam profile and related public data (avatar, identifier).
• IP address and browser data (User-Agent), collected automatically when the site is used.
• Data on orders, transactions and balance in connection with use of the service.
• Other data voluntarily provided by the user when contacting support.

• Registering and identifying the user on the site.
• Fulfilling obligations to the user: placing and delivering orders, managing the balance.
• Running the support service and handling user requests.
• Sending notifications related to use of the service (order statuses, changes to terms).
• Analyzing use of the site and improving the quality of the services provided (if consent to analytics cookies has been given).
• Ensuring the security of the service and preventing fraud.

• Personal data is processed using automated means, and processing includes: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, correction (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction.
• Personal data is processed on servers located in the Russian Federation, in accordance with the requirements of Russian law.
• The Operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

• Personal data is processed and stored for the entire period during which the user's account exists on the site.
• After the account is deleted, personal data is destroyed within 30 (thirty) calendar days, except where longer retention is required by applicable law (for example, transaction data may be kept in accordance with accounting and tax law).

• The personal data subject has the right to receive information about the processing of their personal data, and to have their personal data corrected, blocked or destroyed in the cases provided for by law.
• A detailed description of the subject's rights is given in section 3 of the Personal data processing policy.

• You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a written request to this email address: support@steamgifts.ru.
• The request must state the email address linked to the account and ask for the consent to the processing of personal data to be withdrawn.
• The Operator stops processing the personal data and ensures its destruction within no more than 30 (thirty) days of receiving the request, except in the cases provided for by law.
• Withdrawing consent may make it impossible to use certain site features that require personal data processing.
