Aether & Iron

Description

Play as Gia “Eight-Shot” Randazzo, a smuggler with a past that continues to haunt her. Grab your companions and engage in Tactical Turn-Based Vehicular Combat to secure your payday and fight some barons along the way. Navigate vibrant conversations using your wits and the luck of the dice to impact the fates of your friends and adversaries in this 25-30 hour adventure.

What good is a smuggler without a good getaway car? Assemble a wide range of incredible aether-powered vehicles and unlock new tactical options to experiment with in an interesting twist on the Turn-Based Tactical genre.

• Pulp Noir: This world is inspired by the poetic noir style of writing, filled with simile and over-the top metaphors. Expect to see shady characters, inner monologues, and a thrilling mystery.

• Historical Ties: New York’s actual history is crazier than fiction. Art, architecture, character design, and factions are all rooted in the rich history of the world city's golden age.

• Dynamic Outcomes: Your decisions will shape the results of every mission you engage in, and the results of those missions will guide the story to one of many possible dynamic endings.

• Adventure With Your Crew: Level up your abilities and those of your crewmates to improve your chances in combat and social situations. But no matter how good you are, you’re always a dice roll away from success or failure.

• Drive in Style: Upgrade your aether-powered rides to suit your playstyle. Enhance your cars with every trick in the smuggler’s toolkit - hidden compartments, machine guns, and flamethrowers of course.

• Hand-drawn Art: Inspired by 1930’s Detective Comics and the Art Deco period, Aether & Iron brings a unique visual identity to gameplay.
