Airline Legacy

Description

It's a football-manager career — but for airlines. In Airline Legacy you don't just own a carrier, you're hired to run one. Take the CEO chair at a struggling airline, answer to a demanding board, hit their targets, and claw your way from a no-name regional outfit to the most powerful executive in the industry. Miss your numbers and you're fired — and a rival CEO takes your seat.

Live the Career

• Sign contracts with airlines of every culture — budget, premium, or cutthroat — each with its own board, salary, and mandate.

• Answer to the board: hit their objectives to win renewals and promotions, or burn through their patience and get sacked.

• Compete in a league of rival CEOs — your career is measured against theirs, and they're gunning for your job.

• Get poached, promoted, or fired, then work the job market for your next seat. Your reputation follows you everywhere.

Run Every Side of the Business

• Fly the world — open routes to 1,000+ cities across every country on Earth.

• Build your fleet — buy or lease beloved classic and modern airliners, brand-new or pre-owned.

• Fight for slots — negotiate scarce takeoff and landing rights at the world's busiest airports.

• Plant your hubs — establish bases to anchor and expand your network.

• Build your team — hire and fire specialist agents to broker slot deals, hub bids, and campaigns.

• Own the terminal — open lounges, hotels, and passenger businesses for fresh revenue streams.

• Fill the seats — launch advertising and PR campaigns to drive demand and grow your brand.

Master the Bottom Line

Fuel, wages, maintenance, airport fees, aircraft age, load factors, reputation — every call lands on the monthly P&L. Survive the lean months and stay solvent: three straight months in the red and the board pulls the plug.

Prefer the Classics? Play Historical Mode

Rather own your airline outright? Historical Mode is a love letter to the classic airline sims. Pick your decade — 1980, 1995, or 2010 — and build a global empire from scratch as the aircraft, economies, and world map evolve around you. No board, no contracts. Just you, the map, and decades to dominate the skies.

Take the Chair

The boardroom is waiting. Can you become the world's number-one airline CEO?
