DLCs for Erannorth progressively increase the game's complexity and difficulty and aren't recommended to own before you are familiar with the base game. If you try to decide which to get between the available DLCs, I would advise getting them in release order for a smoother transition in difficulty and complexity. So, while any previous DLCs aren't required to enjoy the new content, acquiring them before heading into this one is highly recommended.
