FlashBoss - French Pareto 1
Description
FlashBoss - French Pareto 1: the second thousand, tiers 6-10
Fibonacci spaced repetition and boss fights.
Pareto 1 takes the course begun in French Core deeper into the language people actually speak: 1,000 further words across tiers 6 to 10, and with them the casual spoken register — the turns of phrase that subtitles are full of and textbooks are not. Finish it and you have read more than 13,000 words of French in context.
Like Core, it speaks your language: every card carries its translations, study notes and lessons in English, German, Japanese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish and Arabic. Arabic, written right to left, plays in the new FlashBoss window.
In this pack:
1,000 further words of Metropolitan French across five tiers, in themed clusters
The gender colour-coded on every noun, with the elision to l' handled on the card
Translations and study notes in English, German, Japanese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish and Arabic — full coverage on every card
9 reference lessons continuing the grammar arc, readable in English, German, Japanese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish and Arabic
Text-to-speech on every word and example sentence, in a Metropolitan French neural voice
Boss-fight graduation at every cluster
Requires familiarity with the material of French Core (tiers 1-5), and continues into French Pareto 2 for the last thousand. The full word list and all reference lessons are available on the website, along with a playable boss-fight demo. The manual link in the right sidebar opens the voice samples.
