FlashBoss - Swahili Core

Description

FlashBoss - Swahili Core: 1,000 words, the foundation

Fibonacci spaced repetition and boss fights.

Swahili Core is the first thousand words of a 3,000-word course, chosen from a frequency backbone built for ordinary Swahili — the language of the market, the school and the news, not of subtitles. Forty themed clusters carry you from greetings and the family through the town, work and health to government, the news and the small words that join sentences together, with an example sentence on every card.

And Swahili arrives speaking your language: every card carries its translations and study notes in English, German, Japanese, Russian, Simplified Chinese and Spanish. Study Swahili through whichever you call home.

In this pack:

• 1,000 high-frequency Swahili words across five tiers, in themed clusters

• The noun class (ngeli) named on every noun — the engine the whole language runs on

• Translations and study notes in English, German, Japanese, Russian, Simplified Chinese and Spanish — full coverage on every card

• 20 reference lessons — the sound system, the noun-class families, the verb slot machine, the Swahili clock, concord tier by tier — readable in English, German, Japanese, Russian, Simplified Chinese and Spanish

• Revision drills shaped to Swahili: the verb train built slot by slot, plurals by noun class, and dictation

• Text-to-speech on every word and example sentence, in a neural standard Kiswahili voice

• Boss-fight graduation: no cluster is cleared until its hardest words are mastered

Continue into Swahili Pareto 1 — tiers 6 to 10 — for the working vocabulary of money, the state, the courts and the press. The full word list and all reference lessons for every FlashBoss pack are available on the website, along with a playable boss-fight demo. The manual link in the right sidebar opens the voice samples.
