Magical Girl ER

Description

Magical Girl ER is a horror medical simulation and decision-making adventure game where you treat magical girls injured in kaiju disasters. Each playthrough takes approximately 20–40 minutes.

Your decisions determine whether the magical girls live or die, the hospital's reputation, and which of the 11 endings you'll reach.

Hey, rookie!

I have to hand it to you. You keep working without a single complaint. Impressive.

Sorry to spring this on you, but I’ve decided to take a vacation.

I’m sick of the endless kaiju disasters, and I’m sick of the magical girls they keep dragging into this hospital.

So, for one week, you’ll be acting as the director of this hospital.

Don’t worry. It’s simple.

When a magical girl is brought in, accept her, examine her, and treat her.

That’s all there is to it.

If it feels like too much trouble, you can refuse them too.

Well... only the unpopular ones, of course.

Don’t get too sentimental.

Kindness alone can’t even save a single puppy.

...

Each patient may be suffering from a different hidden condition, such as physical trauma, internal damage, poisoning, mental instability, or magical contamination. The correct answer is not shown directly. You must infer what is wrong from examination results, dialogue, appearance, documents, and other clues, then choose the appropriate treatment.

Your decisions determine whether the magical girls live or die, the hospital's reputation, and which of the 11 endings you'll reach.
