About the Game

Meet Poua

There are too many fun things in the world.
Notifications, pop-ups and more. Even at this moment, dozens of dopamine triggers are tempting you.
Losing focus is not because your willpower is weak, but because your environment is too strong.
That's why Poua has come to help you focus.

The power of a gaze

Poua looks your cursor. This is an intentional cue grounded in the "observer effect", the tendency for people to adjust behavior when they feel observed. That subtle sense of being watched can nudge you back on task and help reduce distractions.

Hear your goal, stay on track

When a session begins or your attention drifts, Poua can speak your preset goal and show it on screen. You control the frequency, and you can turn it on or off at any time.

Celebrate your progress

Earn points for dedicated focus and unlock surprise hat boxes. Dress up Poua with the hats you discover, and turn consistent effort into cheerful rewards.

Compete with Your Past Self

Challenge yesterday's you by racing against your own focus records. To deepen the immersion, you can revisit your past goals and even see the hats your past self was wearing. It's a friendly rivalry that keeps you motivated to stay consistent and outdo yourself day after day.

Stats!

Keep tabs on your focus journey with clear weekly and monthly statistics. Review your focus time, and consistency patterns to see how far you've come. These insights help you spot trends, celebrate milestones, and adjust your routine for better results.
