Rina's Undercover Train Operation

Description

Due to increasing criminal activity on trains, the police begin a special plan called the Undercover Train Operation. A new unit of Train Investigators with psychic powers is formed for the operation. One of their lead investigators by the name of Rina gets captured by the offenders -- lead by Kaito -- and she loses her powers.

However, it won't stop her from doing her duty. Will she be able to catch Kaito and his accomplices and return her powers, or will she lose and quit the job?
